In preparation for the year 2015, when Cluj is the European Youth Capital, a network of buildings intended for various events, urban public spaces and pedestrian connections between them is being studied. Some of the projects proposed as a result of the study are being implemented by the municipality in the following years, as part of different public investment programs.
